ASG Superconductors SpA, in pursuit of the values of legitimacy, integrity and transparency, provides a whistleblowing system for the reporting of offences provided for by Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 (“Whistleblowing”) through the following internal channels:

You can use the reporting system to report all those behaviours, acts or omissions that are likely to harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company, of which the whistleblowers have become aware in the work context.

The Company undertakes to protect the confidentiality of the content of the Whistleblower’s Reports, and of the Whistleblower, in compliance with the relevant legislation and the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
